By far my favorite expression during this shoot-- she looks like she's up to something. But so cute.

I loved how I managed (finally) to get a little motion in this shot. I felt like it added some drama and some fun to the photo.

Same as that other shot only converted to black and white-- I think it looks even more dramatic and eye-catching that way, but in the original her eye color is extraordinary as well so it's hard to gauge which I like better.

Hi everyone! This is my first official post as Julie Kathleen Photography and I couldn't be more excited. I can't wait to start booking more sessions now that I have a little more hands free time. My newest project, Ronin, is now a little over three months old and I am having more ability to book sessions and actually do some shooting. I'm really excited because though I love motherhood, I also love photography. I've missed everyone and missed making beautiful photographs of your beautiful faces. Since I moved down to El Dorado Hills from Camino, I've decided on a name change for the business to keep things a little more streamlined.
